To experience Taos is to surrender oneself to the Mountain, so we go on a wine hike of a different peak…Mt. Etna! Taste through the many expressions found on the volcanic slopes of this majestic Sicilian treasure. William Davis, Director of Education for Wilson Daniels, will walk you through a selection of 8 Mt. Etna wines from two of the great producers in the region; Benanti, a family with 3 centuries upon Etna, and Idda, the new winery of Gaja and Alberto Graci.
