In addition to spending a quality 90 minutes tasting wine with Tim, a copy of his book is included in this wine tasting seminar for each of the guests.

Wine Seminar – Two Sides of the Cabernet Coin with William Davis, CMS Advanced
Everyone talks about Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot, but their origins in the classic areas in France have brought these varieties to many other places around the world. Join us as William Davis, Director of Education for Wilson Daniels, walks through several wines from amazing producers and regions globally that showcase the full range of styles these grapes reveal, from Bordeaux to Bolgheri and beyond. Producers shown will be Maeli from the Veneto, Chateau des Laurets and Chateau Clarke from Bordeaux, Clau de Nell from the Loire Valley, Ca’ Marcanda from Bolgheri and Te Mata from New Zealand. Tim Gaiser MS will join the panel and will introduce William Davis.
